Saad Al Wazzan
Founder
A forward-looking thinker, Saad Al Wazzan is the Founder of Capital Holding and has more than three decades of experience in the real estate, construction, healthcare, education, and retail sectors in both local and global markets. Prior to founding Capital Holding, Saad was the Chief Executive Officer at Nafaes Holding Company where he managed and directed the establishment of local and regional educational institutions, notable hospitals, and other specialised companies. He also served as Vice Chairman in Athman Investment Company. Saad holds a degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and has obtained numerous credentials from IMD – Switzerland, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.

Hessah Al Wazzan
Chairman
Hessah Al Wazzan is the Chairman of Capital Holding and has extensive experience in the real estate investment management sector in the UK and the MENA region. Her professional experience includes working in the St. Martins Property Corporation in London where she rotated amongst numerous companies such as CBRE, March Insurance, Cushman and Wakefield, Savills, and the Kuwait Investment Office while engaging in the physical inspection of a range of properties for maintenance and appraisal assessments. Hessah has obtained various business-related certificates that include: Asset Management by Deutsche Bank, Credit Analysis and Corporate Finance by CitiBank, and Capital Market – Innovations & Applications by MESTC. Hessah holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the American University of Kuwait and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance in Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.

Abdulaziz Al Wazzan
Vice Chairman and Managing Director
Abdulaziz AlWazzan leads Yarwa Capital’s investment program and strategy. Prior to joining Yarwa, Abdulaziz worked in investment banking across equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions in the GCC region at NBK Capital. Abdulaziz’s experience also includes working in the alternatives investment division at Wafra, Inc. based in New York City where he focused on real assets and infrastructure and hedge funds. Abdulaziz graduated from the University of Southern California, concentrating on finance and minoring in Art History.
